IBUSOL History

Founded in Trinidad and Tobago by Eleazar Anthony Noel in 2007, iBUSOL, a training and consultancy firm, was developed with the vision of assisting small and medium businesses to reach their full potential. Before a name, there was an idea to provide invaluable business solutions to small and medium enterprises in the Caribbean region. Invaluable Business Solutions became the slogan before the official name was established. Eventually, coming out of the slogan, iBUSOL was born.

Over the years, we have worked closely with business owners and leaders to put their organizations on track, focusing on their unique definition of success. We help clients identify challenges and barriers that get in their way. Once identified, our team of consultants will develop strategic solutions that replace the barriers with bridges – bridges based on focus and direction that will clear a path to the firm’s growth and success.

Since its launch, iBUSOL has served clients across the Caribbean and has conducted over 500 corporate training programs. With more than 250 clients within the Caribbean, management decided to expand to reach a more global market. In 2021, iBUSOL moved its head office to Vancouver, Canada and revised its strategy with a focus on developing small and medium businesses across the world. This move has created lots of opportunities for iBUSOL and also its clients.
